1.) True - But the game would give randomized stats. I'd like to see Batman with One Physical Strength or Sonic/Rainbow Dash with One Agility.
2.) Most of the better Boryokudans are women, which I find reason since it is typical that women are more agile, thus giving them the ability to man the MG-42s. The Accuracy is icing and with some of them, makes perfection. Women bandits from any Faction seem to attract a higher bounty, too. Whether they are from Janubi Bandits or Janubi Policemen.
