Could Someone Please help me find out the information about the development of players skill stats. I also would like to know if anyone has any knowledge on the formuli used to calculate skill growth in a Avatar. I Already know about the AP Information.

Me Again, I appologise But I am asking about formuli that is not starting formuli on skill but the equations and facts about growth and gain of player skill levels.
