Please, anyone has a save game for me? I just delivered 16 dudes to northway(hempton?) and now I cant make it back to the closest city without dying ;( anyone has a save game or way for me to go godmode for that one little travel bit? Please?

You could try to put on or off foraging.
Same with hunting if food is the problem.
But i got the feeling water is the issue, so you could try to rob gangs along the way back to the nearest city.
Sadly no God mode but i got several 100's of files in any stage of the game so if you want i could send you a savefile :)
