Bleeding and Burning are Battle effects, they are completely healed outside battle

Different weapons increase bleeding or burning by different amount

Bleeding can be reduced using medkits, there's no way to reduce burning except letting turns pass

Burning chews battleMorale much faster than health so it's used when hunting prisoners
