Kukul is the leader of the Lintu Tribe in the Tribal Region. He was born and raised in Qubba by his parents.
His father was a priest, apparently from the Church of Man of Zinc, and had to leave the Qubba Region because of religious problems and they traveled all around the world preaching.
When Kukul grew to adulthood he also preached but lost his faith and settled down in the Lintu Camp. He later became the leader of the Lintu.
Kukul is hated by Pullid for not helping them in the war against Drekar.
Kukul can be killed by Drekar if the Caravaneer 2 Protagonist convince him to attack the Drekar, tell Fafnir about Kukul's plans and don't tell Kukul that Fafnir sent assassins after him.

- Even though he is from Qubba, Kukul is favorable to The Federation for helping his family when them flee from Qubba.
- Kukul will eventually become a narizian if John Patson get convinced to go to Lintu Camp.
